I’m an innovator. A 3rd generation entrepreneur, following my grandmother in 1960 and my mom in 1982. I relish in the joy that comes from finding a great way to do something and then continuing to refine it. I think life is about finding your WHY and walking in it or toward it every day. I think LOVE is an action word owed to ALL humans, and learning is an eternal and enriching quest to go “further up and further in.”

I have an intuitive ability to quickly and accurately size up people, projects, and situations alongside the experience to use that insight to solve problems, see tasks completed efficiently, maintain forward momentum, and help my team thrive. I feel at ease tracking oodles of details. I move gracefully toward big-picture goals.

I live in an 1840’s farmhouse about 2 hours north of New York City. In my non-work time– I build fieldstone walls, refinish old furniture, go on long walks with friends, and listen to epic fantasy books.
